This came at the perfect time.

I have three children aged 6, 4 and 3. The two weeks Easter holiday (here in the UK) is happening from today and I know I need an anchor and some grounding. It’s so odd that when I do find the time for myself, even if it’s 30 minutes when the house is asleep (like right now as I write this) for my creativity, I’m literally a better mum.

I’m going to definitely sign up…so many of the things you put on that one image really jump out to me. And it gives me hope…I won’t be in the trenches of these younger years forever (I’m also a fibro and CFS sufferer, which came after having my babies….I don’t know why I always feel the need to add in that caveat. I feel judged as a mum who doesn’t *do it all* probably 😑) and so I do struggle.

no judgement here, Louise!! This would be the perfect thing to jump into during a holiday break-- the exercises are all pretty simple and you just need some basic supplies. I hope you enjoy it! And keep making time for yourself!
